Norman Spencer has been the managing attorney at the firm since 2006. Mr. Spencer‘s principal areas of practice include healthcare law, white-collar criminal defense, government investigations and compliance, international law, and professional license defense. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as federal District Courts of Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Ms. Parusis has about 8 years of tax-related experience. She started her legal career at a boutique law firm on Park avenue, advising high-net-worth clients on domestic tax and estate planning. Ms. Parusis then switched her career to focus on large international engagements at Ernst & Young. Over the last 6 years, she worked on various outbound mergers, stock acquisitions, section 368 reorganizations, spin-offs, inbound investments in the US real estate property, and supply chain. Ms. Parusis’s experience also includes analysis of income tax treaties, subpart F income, passive foreign investment companies, FIRPTA, and other cross-border matters. Ms. Parusis has recently added international estate planning and pre-immigration planning to her portfolio. Some of her projects included working with News Corporation, 21st Century Fox, Pfizer, GE, Hilton, Intercept, and others.
Lawrence H. Schoenbach has been practicing law since 1980. He has earned respect and reputation during his long career as a trial attorney in high profile federal criminal cases and litigation. Today Mr. Schoenbach practices in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, international extradition, and corporate compliance.
For the past quarter century, Mr. Schoenbach has been repeatedly ranked by his peers as AV in the Martindale-Hubbell’s, indicating the uppermost level of professional distinction and ethics.
Mr. Schoenbach is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions:

Mr. Schoenbach has also served as a legal educator. Since 1995 he has taught trial techniques at various New York City area law schools including Hofstra University School of Law and Cardozo School of Law. He also taught at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). Mr. Schoenbach has appeared as guest commentator on CourtTV.
